No. The free plan requires no credit card. Just create an account and start using the tools immediately — up to your monthly limits.
What happens when I hit my usage limit? ↓
You'll get a notification when you're approaching your limit. Once reached, the tool will prompt you to upgrade. Your data is never deleted — just generation is paused until the next billing cycle or you upgrade.
Can I switch plans at any time? ↓
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
What does white-label branding mean? ↓
On the Pro plan, you can replace Prelo's branding with your own company logo, colors, and domain. Your clients and candidates will see your brand — not Prelo's — making the tools feel like a proprietary part of your business.
How does the annual discount work? ↓
Choosing annual billing gives you 2 months free — roughly 17% off the monthly rate. You're billed once per year. The discount applies to Starter and Pro plans.
